AI audits · Isle of Man
An AI audit that tells you where to invest first.
Before buying another tool, understand where AI can improve your business. Our Isle of Man AI audits review the work, the information behind it and the conditions needed for a useful result.
Scope your AI auditA clear scope
Know what you are investing in.
We agree the scope, deliverables, timing and fees before work begins.
- Current workflow and AI-tool inventory
- Data access, quality and sensitivity assessment
- Opportunity scoring by value, feasibility and risk
- Ownership and staff-readiness gaps
- A recommended first project with measures and next steps
Review the work before the software
We look for recurring delays, repeat data entry, document searches, drafting tasks and handovers. Interviews with the people doing the work help distinguish a genuine opportunity from a task that simply looks easy to automate. We record current volumes, time spent and review needs so that a later pilot has a useful baseline.
Make risk and readiness visible
An AI readiness assessment checks approved tools, access permissions, information quality and who will review outputs. For regulated or sensitive work, we identify where IT, compliance or legal input is needed. This is an operational assessment, not a statutory audit, certification or guarantee of legal compliance.
Turn findings into an investment decision
Each candidate gets a recommendation: train the team, improve the process, trial an existing tool, build a small prototype or defer. Where your business owns substantial operational data, we can also flag whether a separate data-licensing assessment is worth considering. AI adoption and external data licensing require separate decisions and permissions.
What is the difference between an AI audit and a financial audit?
Our AI audit is a business readiness and opportunity assessment. It does not provide statutory assurance, financial audit services or regulatory certification.
Can you review AI tools we already use?
Yes. We can assess existing use, recurring costs, staff adoption, data handling and the evidence of value, then recommend improvements or consolidation.
Do we need to send you our data to start?
No. Start with a description of your workflows and systems. Any access to records or sample material must be scoped and agreed separately.
